Your stay

Feet on the ground

and head in the stars

Prolong the emotion. Continue the experience of the exceptional from dinner through to breakfast. Immerse yourself in the generosity and authenticity of an art de vivre. As a follow-up to the experience of its wines, Château Pavie offers lovers of sensory escapes a unique immersive experience in Saint-Émilion.

This beautiful getaway experience takes place at the top of the medieval village in the heart of the UNESCO World Heritage Saint-Émilion vineyard. Here, the five-star Relais & Châteaux L’Hôtel de Pavie and two-Michelin-star restaurant La Table de Pavie, headed by Chef Yannick Alléno, offer the perfect getaway break for the soul.

Lorem ipsum

If Saint-Émilion can be encapsulated in a single hotel experience, it is indeed here at the Hôtel de Pavie. This five-star Relais & Châteaux property stands both at the summit and in the heart of the village in perfect harmony with the landscape. From its terrace and bar, the view over the rooftops and the Château Pavie vineyard is simply stunning.

To welcome their guests, the Perse family have designed this hotel on an intimate scale. The 17 rooms and 5 suites are nestled within three character-filled houses:

  • La Maison du Clocher, the heart of the hotel, is set at the foot of the bell tower of Saint-Émilion’s monolithic church. Enhanced by interior designer Alberto Pinto, its 9 rooms combine the authenticity of ancient stone with luxurious contemporary décor.
  • La Maison de Village, located below, also bears the signature of Alberto Pinto. Simply getting to it brings a sensation of escape with its glass elevator carved into the rock and its two flower-filled gardens. True havens of serenity, its 8 rooms and suites offer a decidedly romantic charm.
  • La Maison des Suites, inaugurated in 2022, extends the total immersion experience into village life. Interior designer Jean-Philippe Nuel has created a warm, contemporary atmosphere, enhancing the pale stone of this former 18th century wine merchant house.

Great Bordeaux cuisine

With rigour and creativity, Yannick Alléno revisits traditional Bordeaux gastronomy to offer an innovative culinary experience. Throughout this fully immersive sensory journey, the chef (holder of two 3-Michelin-star awards) calls on wine and vine to provide his inspiration, while creating memorable pairings.
