Since arriving in Saint-Emilion in 1993, the Perse family has gradually developed an ecosystem guided by a love of beauty and exception. The 5-star Hôtel de Pavie Relais Châteaux, the 2-star Michelin-rated La Table de Pavie restaurant, the L’Envers du Décor restaurant, the Bistrot du Clocher, and the Glacier du Clocher complete the Perse Latitudes universe.
